Does repair work have to happen at my house? Repair work can be done at home, at work, numerous location opportunities can be discussed when scheduling.


When Scheduling please let us know what city/ town in which we would meet. Please also fill us in on as many details as you can of the bike such as year, make, model, number of gears, wheel/ tire size, valve -Schrader or Presta, etc. These details help us to have what you need on hand at time of service.

During Appointment

What should I do during an Easy Rider on-site Appointment? We send you a heads-up text on the way to your location to make sure you are present when we arrive. Customer just needs to present bike(s) to Mechanic. Customer will be given a time and price quote. If repairs present themselves to take longer than estimated time, we will notify customer the suggestion of pick-up and delivery. Customer is free to go about their day as long as their is no interference with repair work. Reducing mechanic’s distraction is beneficial to both mechanic and customer for time, money, and safety.

What if I need to leave the repair location during my appointment? If customer needs to leave and they are able to return before repair is complete there is no problem. If customer is not able to return before repair is complete a fee for pick-up and delivery will be incurred based on travel time. The way we can offer this convenient service to you is based on tight scheduling.

What if I need parts? If there are parts required, either Easy Rider will provide on the spot, or take bike back to main repair shop to order parts and for install. Bike will be returned same day as parts arrive.

What if I have a compatible replacement/ upgrade part already, will you install it for me? Yes of course! Ala cart service pricing applies.

When do you arrive? At the customers most convenient time. We can pick-up and deliver or on-site repair within locations served, time and location specified by customer.

Easy Rider Repair Co. services ALL types of bicycles from ALL manufacturers. Also including but not limited to: e-bikes, recumbents, stationary/spin bikes, trikes, and wheelchairs.



Payment Details

Easy Rider Repair Co. accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash, personal check, Venmo and PayPal payment.


Scheduling Changes

If you must change your scheduled appointment, 24 hour notice is required to fulfill all of our clients needs. There will be a $20 rescheduling fee placed on your next bill, if less than 24 hour notice. Easy Rider’s scheduling and your fellow customer’s time is just as important as yours!


Cancellations

Any cancellations of scheduled service must be done 48 hours in advance of scheduled appointment.
